Pakistan-Sri Lanka-England Trilateral ODI Series Schedule Announced

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled a packed international home schedule featuring Sri Lanka and England from October 9 to November 21, with Pakistan set to host an ODI tri-nation series alongside a bilateral T20I and Test series against Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka will be the first team to arrive, landing on October 4 to take on Pakistan in a three-match T20I series at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on October 9, 11 and 13.

England will then join Pakistan and Sri Lanka for a seven-match ODI tri-nation series from October 18 to 31. The opening three matches will be played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium before the tournament moves to Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore for the remaining league fixtures and the final.

The tri-series will begin with Pakistan facing Sri Lanka on October 18, followed by Pakistan's clash against England on October 20. Sri Lanka and England will meet on October 22 before the action shifts to Lahore, where Pakistan will again face England on October 25 and Sri Lanka on October 27. Sri Lanka and England will play the final league match on October 29, with the top two teams qualifying for the final on October 31.

Following the conclusion of the ODI tri-nation series, Sri Lanka will play a three-day warm-up match in Islamabad from November 4 to 6 before beginning a two-match Test series against Pakistan, part of the ICC World Test Championship 2025-27. The opening Test will be played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from November 9 to 13, while the second Test is scheduled for Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore from November 17 to 21.

The upcoming ODI tri-series will be the second of its kind hosted by Pakistan in as many years, following the New Zealand-South Africa tri-series held ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The tournament also gives all three sides valuable 50-over preparation ahead of the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2027.
